President of CK Engineering and plays a leading role from the concept stage to the final completion of  projects. He has over thirty years of experience and has been engaged in the design and execution of a wide variety of buildings.  Chandra is a senior mechanical engineer and project manager who strives towards engineering excellence in every project he does. He is a professional engineer and is a LEED accredited professional. Chandra has led CK Engineering with exceptional leadership and has built a team driven towards producing work of high quality and distinction.  Chandra has been involved in various energy efficient building service designs and has been an active member of Ashrae since 2007, also involved in the design of multiple Passive House and LEED certified projects.  Outside of work, he enjoys spending his time reading and researching the various affairs of the business world.
